Foreign Investment Regulations 2005-6

The Foreign Investment Regulations 2006 set out the practical rules for registering and monitoring foreign investments in the Solomon Islands. They specify the information required in the investment register, the forms for applications, certificates, and amendments, and the procedures for annual surveys. The Regulations also establish the Investment Facilitation Committee, which assists investors by liaising with government agencies and resolving issues. In addition, they outline the Reserved List of activities restricted to local citizens and provide details on fees for registration and related services.
